My When File™ was created by Jackie Campbell, CFP®, CPA, PFS, to use as a tool to organize all of your personal and financial records in one place.

After years of helping clients pursue their goals and dreams, we realized the need for a SIMPLE way to organize important personal and financial records. We created My When File™ to help you be prepared and create added peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Having your most important information in one place will make it easier in case of emergency or in case of death. Creating this file, notifying your family member(s), trusted advisor and/or executor of your estate, and monitoring your file with updated information, can allow you to have some added peace of mind, knowing that you are prepared for “when” the unexpected happens.

This file is NOT a legal document. The objective is to have as much detail as possible, and to provide the location of all the essential documents, so that your trusted advisor, personal representative, and/or loved ones have the information readily available when they need to make decisions on your behalf if you are unable.

The information in this file is private and should not be given to just anyone. We recommend you keep the copy with your credit card numbers and copies of your important documents in a fireproof safe or safety deposit box, as you do not want this file to end up in the wrong hands.
