Jacquelyn R. Campbell

President & Founding Partner

Jacquelyn Campbell is the president and founder of Campbell & Company, Wealth Advisors and CPAs. She has served as a trusted advisor to families and businesses in the Tampa Bay area since 1993. Her mission is to help her clients make smarter financial and tax decisions so they gain clarity, confidence, and direction as they enter retirement while enjoying happier, less stressful lives.

As founder of Campbell & Company, Jackie’s drive to combine tax planning and accounting services with unparalleled client service came to light in 1993 as one of the youngest female CPA firm owners in the Tampa Bay area. She has not only grown her successful businesses but also leveraged her experience to coach other entrepreneurs and family businesses as they grow and gain clarity about the future of the business and their succession plan.

As a CPA, Jackie realized many of her clients have a tremendous need for sound investment advice and guidance, which inspired her decision to earn her CFP® credentials. Jackie enjoys navigating the ever-changing financial landscape and integrating her knowledge to build solid retirement plans and implement individualized investment solutions.

Jim Wilhelm

MSA, Enrolled Agent Senior Partner

Jim Wilhelm, Senior Partner at Campbell & Company, is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and has worked in the industry since 2001. He began his career in the accounting department at Liberty University while pursuing his undergraduate degree. From there he worked at a regional CPA firm before he relocated to Florida, worked for one of the Big Four CPA firms in Tampa and completed his postgraduate work, eventually making a home at Campbell & Company.

Jim has a long career of working with business owners and families, helping his clients reach income growth and minimization of income taxes. A tax planner and strategist, Jim’s passion for his work is evident in his desire to get the best outcome for his clients. Many times, Jim is able to find deductions clients were unaware even existed. He leverages his detailed knowledge of tax laws and intricate provisions to build upon guidance incorporated in his plans. Jim goes above and beyond to help his clients and to develop and lead his team.
Jim is married to Renee and they have 3 children: Logan, Jensen, and Harper. He enjoys playing and watching most sports and spending time with his family.

Education, Credentials and Affiliations: Jim has an M.S. in Accounting, is an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue Service, serves on the boards of multiple not-for-profit organizations, and is an active leader in community networking.

Monica Haberlin

Enrolled Agent Senior Partner

Monica Haberlin, senior partner of Campbell & Company, focuses on growing businesses, implementing tax efficiency strategies and formulating succession plans. The insight Monica has gained from decades of experience in her own family franchise businesses, as well as counseling and coaching entrepreneurs, helps her grow and scale their businesses from start-up all the way to retirement.

A creative and talented presenter, she has developed her own curricula and provides coaching to hundreds of business owners and successful entrepreneurs. She advises them on how to build teams, manage cash flow, and, through tax efficiency planning, how to pay the least amount of taxes legally and keep their businesses compliant with state and federal business laws.

Education, Credentials, and Affiliations: Monica earned her B.S. in business administration and accounting from Northeastern University in Boston. She is also a featured tax and retirement strategist on CBS Sunday Morning and local TV stations and co-host of the “Beyond the Money” radio show and podcast.*

Brooke Campbell Gay

Client Experience Manager

Brooke was born and raised in Hernando County with her brother, Jacob, and loving parents, Scott and Jackie Campbell. She now resides in a historic home built in 1903 in Brooksville, Florida, with her husband Chuck, tabby Greyson, and daughter Drew.

Her passions involve content creation, blogging, cooking, collecting vintage goods, and accessorizing.

Education, Credentials, and Affiliations: Brooke graduated from the University of Central Florida with a double major in hospitality and event management. She has extensive experience in the hospitality, events, and customer service industries.

Corey F. Ward, CFP®

Financial Advisor

A financial advisor with a diverse background of entrepreneurial, banking, and investment experience, Corey Ward joined Campbell & Company in 2021. As a CFP®, Corey serves as a fiduciary and trusted advisor to clients, first listening to their unique needs and then providing quality, objective financial advice based on solid planning to help them achieve their goals.

Corey began his financial career in 2000, and his personal financial advising career in 2008 in New York, working with clients in the public sector achieve their dreams. More recently here in Florida, he has assisted retirees in the non-profit sector. Corey knows the power of a well-crafted financial plan, and the positive impact it has on people’s lives. He delights in finding new ways to present complex financial concepts so the solutions are easier to understand. This approach can bring clarity to the decision-making process and empower his clients to move forward with added confidence.

A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Finance, Corey resides in Pasco County with his wife and rescue dog, Pebbles.

Gigi Cardenas

Client Services Associate

Gigi Cardenas joined Campbell & Company February 2022 and is a client service representative for the wealth management team. Gigi relocated to Inverness from the east coast of Florida after being a resident of Stuart for the past 50 years. Gigi enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with friends and family. She has two children and one granddaughter, which influenced her to move to Citrus County. Gigi and her significant other, Grant love living in the woods and spoiling their dogs, Bella and Coco.

Holly Schrader

Executive Administration Assistant

Holly is our Executive Assistant here at Campbell & Company. She brings over 20 years of customer service experience and 15 years of administrative knowledge to the table. Her expertise lies in scheduling, project coordination, and organization.

Her proactive approach and creative thinking make her a valuable asset to the company.

She has resided in Spring Hill for five years. Originally from Pennsylvania, Holly enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and three dogs as well as exploring local community events and spending time outdoors.

Kelly Rhineberger

Wealth Team Manager

Kelly has been with Campbell & Company since March 2022. She has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, most recently 25 years in an ambulatory surgery center as a System Administrator.

Kelly graduated from Mount Mercy College with her bachelor’s in accounting and bachelor’s in criminal justice with a minor in finance. Her accounting and tax experience started right out of college, with over 10 years of experience. Kelly continues to grow professionally and looks forward to great success with Campbell & Company.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. She enjoys all sports, but her favorite is baseball.

Scott Campbell

Retirement Consultant

Scott has his health and life insurance license with the state of Florida. Familiar with the Florida Retirement System, his main area of focus is assisting public safety officers as they transition into a well-deserved retirement.

A Florida native, Scott retired from the Florida Highway Patrol as a corporal. He has over 31 years of law enforcement service and began his law enforcement career as a deputy sheriff of Walton County, Florida. He also served for seven years in the U.S. National Guard.

Education, Credentials, and Affiliations: Scott received his degree from Saint Leo University. He is a member of the Florida Association of State Troopers and the American Association of State Troopers.

RuthAnn Green, CPA

Senior Accountant

RuthAnn graduated summa cum laude from Towson University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in accounting in 1998. She received her CPA license in 1999. RuthAnn joined Campbell & Company in August 2019. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a certified Intuit QuickBooks Proadvisor.

Sharlene Davis

Senior Accountant, CPA

Sherlene Davis, a Certified Public Accountant, joined our firm this past July. She started her accounting career over 23 years ago working as an inventory accountant and has a wide range of experience in public, private, and governmental accounting. Sherlene has a passion for helping small businesses and individuals by providing tax, accounting, and business consulting services.

As a native Floridian, Sherlene enjoys attending church and mentoring young women in life and business. She also loves to travel, cook, read, and relax while enjoying all that life has to offer.

Education and Credentials: Sherlene received her bachelor’s degree, majoring in accounting, from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in 1998.

Wilson Orguera

Senior Accountant, CFE, EA

Wilson Orquera is an accountant, enrolled agent, certified fraud examiner, and avid squash player who received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and information systems from Queens College of the City University of New York. He is happy to have been working in the profession for over twenty years and is passionate about helping businesses and individuals navigate the intricacies of the exciting world of accounting and taxation.

Heather Bowen

Staff Accountant

Before moving to Florida in 1998, Heather Bowen was born and raised in the cold weather of Ohio. She has one son, who currently attends UCF, and they enjoy spending their spare time boating and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Heather began pursuing a career in accounting and is a staff accountant with Campbell & Company. Heather received her degree in accounting technology from PHSC.

Jill Campbell

Staff Accountant

Jill has been working in the accounting field in human services and private industry since 2000. She is a certified Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor®.

Raised in Roanoke, Virginia, Jill moved to Florida in 1984. She graduated from St. Leo University in 2008 with her MBA with a concentration in accounting.

Amanda Xenos

Staff Accountant

Amanda Xenos brings 20 years of accounting industry experience to Campbell & Company. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, with training in forensic accounting and governmental auditing.

In 2018, Amanda completed her Master of Accountancy, and she is currently studying to sit for the CPA exam. She enjoys spending her free time with her family by the pool or exploring the local parks.

Cindy Lohr

Staff Accountant

Cindy has worked in health care for 20 years, but accounting is her passion. She has a Master of Accountancy with plans to sit for the CPA exam. She has about seven years of tax and accounting experience. Cindy has been in Florida since 1982 and met her husband in 1988. They have one son, own a business, and love camping when it’s cool outside.

Rebekah Hooks

Operations Manager

Professional Experience:

Rebekah has been with Campbell & Company since October 2004. She began as a staff accountant but in November 2005 transitioned into more of an administrative role. As operations manager, she is responsible for a wide array of duties, including billing and accounts receivable.

Rebekah’s accounting experience started when she was hired as a receptionist for an accounting firm in Brooksville. Soon, she moved into a position as a staff accountant. She has worked in the field for over 17 years and looks forward to continued growth and success.

Education and Personal Background:

Rebekah has a deep love and appreciation for the arts. She graduated from Pinellas County Center for the Arts before attending the University of Tampa, majoring in musical theater. She studied ballet and jazz for 19 years and is classically trained in voice as well.

A Florida native, Rebekah comes from a large family that includes eight brothers and a sister. She was born in Melbourne but grew up in the Tampa Bay area. Rebekah met her husband, Don, when they were cast as Lord and Lady Brockhurst in the musical “The Boyfriend” at the University of Tampa. They were married and moved to Spring Hill in June 2001, where they currently live with their two small dogs.

Cindy Douglass

Firm Administrator

Cindy owned and operated a local auto repair shop with her husband for many years. With her extensive skills in bookkeeping, Cindy is a vital asset to our team as our firm administrator.

When Cindy is not at work, she is spending time with her first grandson, Alex, who was born in November 2019. Her obsessions include nice shoes and good restaurants, while her passion is volunteering her bookkeeping skills for her church.

Stacy Whitehead

Marketing Director

Stacy is a Florida native. She joined Campbell & Company as the Marketing Director in the summer of 2021.

Her passion for marketing has allowed her to travel the world for the last 15 years. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. In her spare time, Stacy enjoys helping others by diving into charity work with her fellow TBBC alumni, sharing makeup tips on her beauty blog, boating, traveling, and exploring exciting new places with her husband and English Bulldog Lola.

Jeanette was born and raised in Illinois with three siblings. She graduated with an Associate’s degree in Administrative Assisting. She has many years of experience working in various customer service rolls.

She enjoys spending time with family including her two adult children and three grandchildren.

Director Of First Impressions - Trinity

Before moving to Florida in 2010, Lisa Stuebner was born and raised in Pennsylvania. She is married and has two teenage children, and they enjoy spending their time camping and playing with their three dogs. Lisa has over 20 years of customer service experience and looks forward to many years of growth and success at Campbell & Company.

Angela Smith

Director of First Impressions – Inverness

Angela Smith was born in Ocilla, Georgia. She has worked as a nail technician and nail salon owner for most of her career. She began working in bookkeeping and accounting after closing her nail salon in 2013.

She enjoys working out and hanging out with her husband, Bill, and puppy, Pinky Blue. She also enjoys going paddleboarding out of Mary’s Fish Camp to the Weeki Wachee River.
